1. Delivery Within the UAE

At Estrella Perfumes, we strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.

Same-Day Delivery (Standard Orders):
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE Time) are usually processed and delivered on the same day.
However, during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 2 business days.

Delivery Time Frame:

Standard Orders: Same day – 2 business days

Custom Orders: Minimum 7 business days

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Free delivery may apply to certain promotions or minimum order amounts.

2. Custom Orders

For custom-made perfumes, please note:

Custom orders require a minimum of 7 days to process and deliver.

This is because each custom fragrance is carefully blended and matured under controlled temperature conditions to ensure premium quality and long-lasting scent.

You will receive updates throughout the preparation and delivery process.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions within the United Arab Emirates.
If your delivery location is outside our regular service area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update or delivery confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Delays

While we always aim to meet our delivery timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions

Courier service delays

Stock availability or high-demand periods

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, our customer service team will promptly inform you and provide a revised delivery estimate.
